My stay at this hotel was unfortunately marred by several issues. The room had a strong smoking odor that made it uncomfortable, and to top it off, the cleanliness was simply unacceptable with some disturbing stains. On the flip side, I appreciated the prompt removal of the charge for the night when we decided to leave due to bed bugs. Overall, I left feeling extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend it.

This hotel has a fantastic breakfast experience, thanks to Yasmin who truly brightens the mornings. The location is convenient for medical visits, making it a preferred choice for many. While the staff is genuinely caring, the rooms could use improvement as I've noticed a musty smell and humidity issues. Additionally, there's some maintenance needed in the facilities, particularly related to the hot tub not functioning properly during my stay.

The rooms were spacious with a wonderfully comfortable bed, but I was really disappointed with the pullout bed for the kids, which was worn out and did not provide a good night's sleep.
